Payment
Payment for services must be made upfront, and the rate will be determined on a per-project basis. No work will commence until full payment has been received.The only currency accepted is USD.
Payments are processed through PayPal invoices or Ko-Fi.I do not accept any payments without explicitly confirming and requesting your commission.
If you send me unsolicited funds I bear no responsibility of refunding them for any reason.Copyright
All artwork created by the artist is subject to copyright laws. Copyright remains with the artist, except where specifically transferred to the client. The client may use the artwork for personal or commercial use, but the artist retains the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes.Revision Policy
The artist will provide drafts and previews of the artwork as it is being created. The client may request revisions and changes at any point before the final version is delivered.When I turn in my pre-final version you still have the opportunity to request minor edits such as color adjustments.The sketch and lineart are the only scheduled update and revision opportunities that you will receive. I won’t send any more updates until its completion, but if you want to check in on the progress, please contact me!The deadline is set prior to the payment process. By proceeding with the payment, you confirm that you are aware of and agree to the set deadline. A sooner deadline can be set for an extra rush fee, but its availability is limited and not always possible.Delivery
The final artwork will be delivered to the client in a digital format via email or a cloud-based sharing service.Refund Policy
Once work has commenced on a project, no refunds will be issued. If the artist cannot complete the project, a full refund will be provided.
